Nine Zaki Mairiga FC players have been suspended by the Nationwide League One (NLO).
Due to their attack on a match official during a league match against Gombe Warriors, the players received a suspension.
In addition, the NLO gave Gombe Warriors three goals and three points after Zaki Mairiga disrupted the game.
Zaki Mairiga was fined ₦100,000 for the failing to curb the excesses of their players throughout the match.
The club will pay an extra ₦119,150.00 to cover referee claims for missing items and treatments.
The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) will get notice of the player’s suspension, according to the NLO.
The club’s administration was also cautioned not to do anything that might damage the reputation of the game.
