Leicester City has appointed former Manchester United striker Ruud van Nistelrooy as their new manager.
Van Nistelrooy, who previously had a brief stint as interim manager at Manchester United, replaces Steve Cooper, who was sacked after just five months in charge.
Van Nistelrooy has signed a contract until June 2027 and will take charge of his first match against West Ham United at the King Power Stadium.
