Job Description
They are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the aluminum industry, architecture, real estate, construction, or related fields. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Actively seek out new business opportunities in sectors such as the aluminum industry, architecture, real estate, and construction, leveraging your network and market insights.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on glass solutions.
- Solution-Oriented Approach: Understand the unique needs of clients and recommend appropriate glass solutions to meet their requirements, demonstrating a deep understanding of our product offerings.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both HTG and the client, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborative Execution: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and approaches.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, consistently striving for excellence and driving continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably 5-6 years, with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the aluminum industry, architecture, real estate, construction, or related fields is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of glass processing products and services.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive business growth, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on delivering value.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, leveraging collective expertise and resources to achieve shared goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
