Job Description
- Provide expert advice to clients on the appropriate documentation required for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and correctness of all documents.
- Assist clients in filling out visa application forms and guide them through the entire application process.
- Oversee all relevant visa documents and ensure timely submission within processing deadlines.
- Stay updated on changes in visa requirements for various countries and communicate these changes effectively to clients.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of immigration rules and regulations to provide informed consultancy services.
- Collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and authorities to facilitate smooth visa processing.
- Maintain organized records of visa applications and client communication for future reference.
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Visa Officer.
