President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Idris Ajimobi as his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Livestock Development (Office of the President).
This was contained in a statement by Ajuri Ngelale, the Presidential Mouthpiece.
“The President seeks to harness and develop Nigeria’s agricultural potential, including the animal husbandry ecosystem, to spur sustainable economic growth, create industries and jobs, and eradicate violent conflicts between farmers and herders over time,” Ngelale said.
“The President expects efficient coordination and liaison on matters relating to this critical sector.”
